Meditations.

This is an invitation to hear the thought sharing between me, my spirit and the Heavenly Father. Hear the lessons learned, the lessons taught and the negotiations!

  1. 1. Read
    Psalm 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
    2. Study
    2 Tim 2:15 Words are not mere words, you know. If they're not backed by a godly life, they accumulate as poison in the soul. (NLT: Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth)
    3. Hear
    Rom 10:17 Is anyone listening and believing a word of it?" The point is: Before you trust, you have to listen. But unless Christ's Word is preached, there's nothing to listen to. (NIV: faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.)
    4. Receive
    Heb 11:6 (Msg) It's impossible to please God apart from faith. And why? Because anyone who wants to approach God must believe both that he exists and that he cares enough to respond to those who seek him.

    Read, Study, Hear, Receive…Manifestation level is based on what we have sown into our belief system. How do we increase to the next level? Get more fuel by digesting and processing the Word of God.

  2. What do you believe?

    “Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.” Proverbs 4:23

    This week we will focus on what we are telling ourselves. self talk is huge. Focus on the heart-mind-mouth connection. God valued it and exercised its power. We will be careful as to what we are exposed to as this is ultimately be what we manifest in abundance. Faith is key, there may be times that self dout and feelings of unworthiness are entertained. But understand that its the flesh speaking and it IS accurate, it is unworthy! God has huge plans for you, Guard your heart!

  3. Genesis 13:14-17:
    14 -17 After Lot separated from him, God said to Abram, "Open your eyes, look around. Look north, south, east, and west. Everything you see, the whole land spread out before you, I will give to you and your children forever. I'll make your descendants like dust—counting your descendants will be as impossible as counting the dust of the Earth. So—on your feet, get moving! Walk through the country, its length and breadth; I'm giving it all to you."

    Today, the focus is to not stop moving! Abram clearly could have had as must as he wanted to have as just as long as he kept walking! We don’t know why he stopped, but we do know that God promised all that he could see to him with the aid of movement. Who knows. Maybe he thought that he had walked far enough, or he walked for the portion that he could handle…so I ask, what motivates your movement?

  4. It all counts. No matter the size of the seed or sacrifice. It all counts.

    "God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it" or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good"" Numbers 23:19

    God is not man, one given to lies, and not a son of man changing his mind. Does he speak and not do what he says? Does he promise and not come through? Numbers 23:19 The Msg

    1 Corinthians 15:58:
    58Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord

    1 Corinthians 15:58: (The Msg)
    58With all this going for us, my dear, dear friends, stand your ground. And don't hold back. Throw yourselves into the work of the Master, confident that nothing you do for him is a waste of time or effort.

  5. Today, I am blessed by knowing that God's mercy is extended to us to no end. We must learn to forgive ourselves as he has already done. Although I set high expectations for myself, I must also set those same expectations when I fall short. High expectations for forgiveness? When I don't admit my humanity to God, I block our relationship. God allow me to count on you for cleansing as I am trusting only you for it. In Jesus name Amen.

    KJV 1 John 1: 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

    Msg 1 John 1:8If we claim that we’re free of sin, we’re only fooling ourselves. A claim like that is errant nonsense. 9 On the other hand, if we admit our sins—make a clean breast of them—he won’t let us down; he’ll be true to himself. He’ll forgive our sins and purge us of all wrongdoing.

  6. Today, In worship, I asked God to guide me. To take a stand and not take things in my own hands.
    Last night’s dream was of me driving in my car. The same one that I have now (Isuzu Trooper) knowing that I’m searching for a 2nd car at the time. The further and harder I drove, the more warning lights came on. All the flashing and blinking. I was on my way, trying to get home and the more I pressed to get there, the more warnings I received. Woke up to the thoughts that the “vehicle” that transported me from my prior season to where I am now, will not be able to handle/be utilized as my vehicle (way of life) for the next season. ALL HAIL THE YEAR OF SHAUN!

  7. Proverbs 3:5-6
    (New International Version, ©2010)
    5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart
    and lean not on your own understanding;
    6 in all your ways submit to him,
    and he will make your paths straight.
    (MSG)
    Trust God from the bottom of your heart;
    don't try to figure out everything on your own.
    Listen for God's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go;
    he's the one who will keep you on track.

    I am getting the fact that my way of “understanding” or processing my thoughts is not always the most accurate way of going about life.

    God will lead us to a perfect path, and our thinking will have us negotiating, making excuses and rationalizing about the benefits of the path! I will Love God so much (trust him with my heart) that I will ignore the erroneous thoughts in my heart and follow Him.

  8. 1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
    Ps 55:22 Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall.
    Ex 14:14 The LORD himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.

    The concerns that I had yesterday will not carry over into today as I have “opted out” of carry over. Again, there will be no rollover as I have talked with my Father and he told me that because He loves me so much, to relax and He will handle it. (***walk away from problems, shrugging my shoulders in assurance)

  9. Ps 63:2 -4 So here I am in the place of worship, eyes open, drinking in your strength and glory. In your generous love I am really living at last! My lips brim praises like fountains. I bless you every time I take a breath; My arms wave like banners of praise to you. (MSG)
