Victory

This morning, I meditated on my purpose. I have been struggling to focus on the positive 92% versus the negative 8%. I have been listening to Word on making adjustments in life, and awareness to my needs to be successful. I have been spending time on Word regarding the favor that God has on my life! How i should expect it and walk in a favor mindedness. I must expect it and declare it. I am one of the most (in complete humility) driven people that I know! Being mediocre is not in my blood! I give God glory for his strength; it is only Him alone as He is my Source. I am insatiable and hungry for success and His Dream for my life! Many obstacles have become opportunities in my life. The may have slowed me down, but I NEVER let them stop me.

I have had dreams recently about not settling, taking a stand and the enemy being exposed. Today, I read the scripture Exodus 14:13. After reading this, I dropped the bible to the ground. It penetrated to my innards just that deeply. Its' truth WAS in fact a two edge sword this morning.

Exodus 14:13 (NIV)

13 Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians(enemy) you see today you will never see again.

God spoke to me in this moment. The enemies that I fight and conquer today will not resurface! That is such good news to me!  If I continue, I will defeat this enemy, never to see his ugly head again. Relief is here! This is not an ongoing battle that will continue forever.

Personally? There are enemies that are presently in my face that seem to linger. For someone who is used to sowing and seeing harvest routinely, I presently allow day by day to go by without much movement in my Dreams. I have even claimed and chosed to lose "hope" over these giants because the distress for the lack of progress (visually seen). Again, it seems that there is more frustration than fruition, more Lord have mercies than Lord I thank you's. But if I take courage, I will be victorious as He has promised that I will be!
