The expectations of others can be so taxing. The expectations we place on ourselves can be unrealistic. Comparison has no place in the peaceful rivers of the mind.

1.Continue to be vibrant, hope-filled and bold.
2. Doubt negative Self Talk (you will get that later).
3. Stand on my uniqueness (for I am fearfully and wonderfully made)

This morning, the girls and I were having our morning prayer.
Kennedy(7 year old daughter): And God I ask that we have no stress today...
Me: Kennedy? What is stress (mid-prayer halt)?
Kennedy: I don’t know, I just hear people saying they don’t want to have any all the time.
