i have found that the talents and gifts that I possess are the very things that help transition me from thinking to action, venting to vocalizing and valley to mountain top safeties. I own my emotions and used them appropriately. not impulsively, not ineffectively.

When my expectations drive my actions, I am guaranteed to be successful. There are days that I don't feel like it; I just don't have any energy. I have to use these physically challenging days wisely. Maybe the opportunity for a planning session or thought experiment. But its my time, and I plan to use it.
